Join artist Susie Underwood as they discuss their practice and the work on display in the Community Case.

Susie Underwood is a mixed-media installation, performance and ceramic artist. With a love for nostalgia, kitsch and speculative fiction, her work is a celebration of the absurd world in which we live.Particularly interested in creating art that is participatory, functional ceramics provide an opportunity to build sculptures which live in the everyday and invite one to interact with the art. Many of the objects shown here are planters, giving the owner an opportunity to collaborate in the creative process and engage with the natural world.
